About Conor McMahon

Currently a Technical Lead on the Irish Revenue Commissioner's PAYE Modernisation (PMOD) programme. Conor’s responsibilities include leading, managing and guiding a 9 person Scrum team to successfully deliver full stack PMOD functionality to a high level of quality, on time and on budget. Additionally, he is responsible for supporting project managers with management tasks including gathering high-level business requirements, technical design, preparation of estimates, outlining resource requirements, assigning work and continually working to improve the performance of the team. Conor also provides support to other development teams, primarily the production support team, by providing supervision/oversight of their work and supplying functional and technical expertise to developers on the team. Conor’s primary technology skills are COBOL, SQL, Java and Unix. He has strong functional knowledge which assists him in completing his tasks.
