Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Information Systems from Heriot-Watt University. Having worked in Quality Assurance and Enhancement since 2012 across both HE & FE, I have had the pleasure to work with stakeholders across the sector in quality reviews and have experience of managing and delivering projects using a collaborative & partnership driven model. I have strong negotiating, influencing and communication skills. I work hard to create positive work environments to help realise and achieve organisational goals, and in turn motivate team members to take forward new and exciting opportunities. for the last 2 years I have had the good fortune to work at London Met University. The focus of my role has been on improving quality processes, student voice structures, creating a partnership approach to improving the student experience and building a close working relationship with the student union. I have had the additional pleasure of supporting SMT/SLT in several key projects linked to the Universities strategic plan at an exciting time in the organisations development. additionally a the deputy chair at UWSU. providing strategic oversight and accountability to an organisatio that is doing incredible things. im lucky to be part of two amazing work families.
