With 24 years’ experience, I have worked with global institutions including EY, GE Capital and ANZ Banking Group and in Ireland with AIB and Statoil. My strengths include linking strategy to execution, senior stakeholder management, investment planning & prioritisation and leading large programme and change management teams. With a proven track record in business process reengineering, organisational design and technology change, I understand the complexities and practicalities of leading change programmes and teams.
