In my current role of Senior Analyst, Global Transformation at Buckman, I lead and drive the organization's strategic transformation agenda across all regions and business units. Responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing global transformation programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth. I aim to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Outside of the corporate world, I wear a different hat as a dedicated head soccer coach at OLE FC, a competitive soccer club in Memphis, TN. I find immense fulfillment in mentoring and shaping young talent, instilling discipline, teamwork, and love for the beautiful game.
