I have been working in AV and event production for over a decade, continually developing both my technical expertise and leadership skills. Currently, I serve as Senior Manager of AV at Intercom, where I define and drive the global AV strategy to deliver seamless, innovative and reliable experiences across company-wide events and meeting room infrastructure. I lead a high-performing global AV team across Dublin, London, Sydney, San Francisco, and Chicago, collaborating with stakeholders and partners to ensure world-class production standards, scalable systems and future-ready AV environments. Previously, at Meta Dublin with Dreamtek, I advanced from Onsite Production Technician to Regional Supervisor EMEA, managing teams across multiple sites in the region. I focused on budget management, stakeholder engagement and process implementation, delivering impactful events and scalable operations. I take a creative and solutions-driven approach, underpinned by strong organisational and communication skills and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, I’m an active community volunteer and board director, contributing to initiatives that make a positive impact.
