About Conor Ward

With over 15 years’ experience in aviation and structured finance, as part of Crowleys DFK, I advise clients in the aircraft leasing sector, providing fully outsourced solutions to include bookkeeping and accounting, management reporting, financial reporting, governance, regulatory compliance, financial/treasury management, corporate structuring, tax compliance and transaction support and Board reporting. I oversee projects such as system implementation, cashflow forecasting and US GAAP to IFRS conversions. Additionally, I provide advisory services on particular operational and other matters. I also provide Directorship services to several aviation groups, assisting with their overall strategy and risk management. We immerse ourselves in clients’ operations to gain a deep understanding of their businesses, people, and processes. This hands-on approach enhances communication, productivity, and efficiency, ensuring a high quality service while strengthening client relationships. I founded MoyleRoe Corporate Services in 2019 to focus on servicing the aviation leasing sector. MoyleRoe merged with Crowleys DFK in 2024. I am a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and hold a Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute.
