My role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to the continuous success of Castle Group. Through my academic pursuits as a PhD candidate at the Atlantic Technological University, I'm deepening my understanding of the mental health challenges faced by student athletes, enriching my commitment to fostering supportive environments in both educational and corporate settings through promotional, prevention and intervention strategies. My work with the Gaelic Players Association underscores my commitment to mental health literacy and service accessibility. This experience, coupled with my educational background in psychology and education, equips me to design and implement effective Well-Being strategies.
