I have over twenty years experience as a consultant, leading and delivering technology-driven change, with a strong background in the Financial Services sector, including Retail Banking, Treasury, General Insurance and Credit cards. I am a very effective programme and project manager with experience across all stages of the project life-cycle covering business analysis, solution design, development and testing through to implementation and support. I have significant experience of working with senior business executives and stakeholders to define business requirements and key change objectives. I am adept at managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver against stakeholders requirements. I have led challenging programmes and projects in high-pressure environments and am confident and capable in managing and meeting senior executives’ expectations.
