I am passionate about two things, racing around the world and renewable energy. In 2016, I united these principles by becoming the first sailor to complete Vendée Globe, a grueling non-stop sailing race around the world, without burning any fossil fuels. I am now building a new Vendée Globe 2024 campaign, to demonstrate that renewable energy is a strategic advantage, not a competitive compromise.
