With over 20 years of experience in project and program management, I am a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at KPMG, where I lead complex and innovative initiatives for the global organization. I translate strategic goals into executable plans and roadmaps, facilitate vision workshops, and oversee the delivery of projects and programs that create business value and customer satisfaction. I enjoy building high-performing teams that bring structure and clarity to complex problems and solutions, and collaborating with senior stakeholders, project leaders, and 3rd party vendors in an matrix environment. I apply PMBOK methodologies and Agile best practices according to need and context and hold certifications as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), IT Information Library Foundations (ITIL), and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP). I have successfully project managed an IT ecosystem transformation for a major law firm, the establishment of a new Product Management department within the Chief Administrative Office, and a new Global Audit service delivery company, both as part of internal startup initiatives.
