I thrive when given a goal and have a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding expectations. Technical Proficiency: My journey led me to a brief yet valuable stint at CSAT Solutions, where I gained hands-on technical training in repairing Dell laptops. This experience added to my skill set, making me a more versatile professional. Solving Solar System Challenges: Since 2021, I've found my true passion at Sunnova. Troubleshooting solar systems has become my niche, and I relish every opportunity to tackle complex issues and find innovative solutions. In the absence of standardized procedures, I took the initiative to create documentation that has not only streamlined our processes but also empowered my colleagues to excel in their roles. Training and Development: Recently, I was honored with a promotion to the training department at Sunnova. In this role, I have been able to harness my expertise to develop a formal training regimen and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guide. I'm committed to facilitating the growth and success of my team through comprehensive training and knowledge sharing. I'm passionate about what I do and am dedicated to delivering results that make a difference. Let's connect and explore opportunities to collaborate or share insights within our respective fields.
