About Conrad Thiessen

I have over 15 years of team leader, supervisor, and managerial experience. I have managed as many as 200+(and as few as 8) employees, and effectively managed annual operating budgets in excess of $6M. Through the years, I have developed and implemented numerous policies and procedures, and consider monitoring/tracking performance to be one of my greatest strengths. I excel in managing and leading staff with strong communication and organizational skills. In 2009 I had the opportunity to take an adventure of a lifetime and move to the arctic circle and manage a grocery store & post office. My unique blend of production and retail experience, combined with a calm demeanor and incredible patience, gives me an unmatched ability to deal with employee concerns and contractor/supplier demands, all the while surpassing desired productivity results.
