As a Director of Surgical Sales at HCA, I have over 14 years of experience in developing and executing strategy and growth plans for a wide range of surgical services, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Oncology, and Cardiovascular services. I work as an extension of the hospital C-suite, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve barriers to growth, educate key physicians on the benefits of new technology and procedures, and establish strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and other stakeholders. My core competencies include healthcare consulting, negotiation, training, advertising, sales, and sales operations. I have a proven track record of setting and exceeding goals, winning sales and MVP awards, and delivering customer satisfaction and loyalty. I hold an MBA from Western Governors University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I also earned a Division 1 athletic scholarship.
