About Constance Cange

Ready to break the mold and accelerate results? I’m a Learning and Development leader with over a decade of experience helping organizations grow their people and refine their processes. I don’t just build training programs, I create systems that connect learning to real business outcomes. I thrive on designing engaging experiences that make work better. Whether it’s standardizing onboarding across multiple sites, launching apprenticeships, or developing leaders at every level, I believe learning should be practical, creative, and built to last. My background in project management gives me the structure to execute big ideas, while my passion for people keeps the work meaningful. I love collaborating across teams, simplifying the complex, and turning “we should” into “we did.” What drives me most is seeing people gain confidence, clarity, and capability, then watching them grow into roles they once thought were out of reach. That’s where real transformation happens, and that’s what keeps me inspired every day.
