About Constance Chay
Constance Chay-Nemeth received her Ph.D. in Public Affairs and Issues Management from Purdue University, U.S.A. in 1998. She has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of education and communication, both in the United States and Singapore. She teaches, trains, consults, and researches in business communication, crisis management, public and corporate communications and health communication. Previous teaching positions include the Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information at the Nanyang Technological University and Slippery Rock University (USA). Constance has worked with a variety of organizations in consulting and training capacities.
