Passionate about making a difference in education through inclusive research and innovative, strategic, equity-oriented, data-driven decision-making.I am seeking research roles at social and educational research, policy, philanthropy, and consulting firms. With a deep understanding of the intersection of education, race, and politics, knowledge of the education policy landscape at the local, state, and national level, and expertise in inclusive, equitable, and community-focused qualitative and quantitative research methods, I am the ideal candidate for these roles. As a curious, passionate, and ethical mixed-methods researcher, I have used my analytical and strategic problem-solving skills to manage research processes and advance, develop, and inform policy. This work is reflected in 7 publications, including briefs, reports, and book chapters, and 10 industry, academic, and association conference presentations.
