MSN, RN, Patient Safety has been a passion of mine since I began my career in healthcare. Working with the Ministry of SSM is an honor and privilege; keeping patients; families and staff safe is every team members goal, I help make that goal reality. I am very grateful to work with this organizations leadership and staff. My previous positions as Director of Quality at Christian Hospital, St Luke’s and Fort Healthcare as Director of Quality and Integrated care paved the way for me in understanding Safety needs. Each organization offered amazing opportunity to be a part of Missouris Number one hospital system and one of Wisconsin’s most innovative leadership teams. Fort Healthcare is an independent health care organization maintaining 5 star rating; top workplace by Milwaukee Journal sentinel, “A” rating by Leapfrog Safety grade and ranks in the top 100 Rural and community health care systems. This role role was both challenging and rewarding. Previous experience includes the planning of care delivery for UWHC's American Center. In my role at The American Center, I managed outpatient care for urology, Men's health, general surgery, complex hernia clinic, plastics, bariatrics, and cardiology. Before joining UW Health I served as a supervisor of the hyperbaric and wound care program at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, and before that, as the Director of Nursing for a 28-bed subacute unit at Fort Healthcare Services in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin
