I’ve had quite the exhilarating journey at AssistPro®, where I got to wear many hats in both the financial and HR departments. It’s been all about fostering operational excellence while implementing innovative workflows that truly enhance efficiency in financial reporting and HR administration. Over the past four years, I’ve managed everything from financial statements to budget analysis. This hands-on experience has allowed me to develop a strong grasp of technical tools like CRM systems and HRIS platforms that help ensure high standards of accuracy. One of my proudest moments was when I implemented new systems at AssistPro® that transformed our workflows into highly efficient processes. This change not only streamlined our operations but also improved our overall productivity by 30%. Additionally, during my time as an Accounting Technician II at USBA, I processed invoices daily using Sage software—ensuring timely payments while providing exceptional customer support. Before diving into finance full-time, I honed my customer service skills in various roles in the hospitality industry. From being a Server Captain at Barleys Brewhaus to leading training programs at Red Robin, I learned the importance of teamwork and communication—skills that have proven invaluable in my current role managing financial operations. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering for local community events where I can lend my organizational skills to help coordinate activities.
