About Constance Rabany

Dynamic and dependable person able to communivate effectively with others in order to deliver successful teamworks projects. Furthermore, I adapt myself to any kind of environment which makes me quickly operational in any new function. Started at Procter and Gamble in 2010 as an intern, I made my first steps in marketing universe. From the decision (upstream) to the operational side (downstream), I acquired a double but complementar experience in this company making me understand the real stakes of a successful project. This led me orientate my career towards marketing strategy as a CMK at IRi. I was responsible for projects aiming to turn consumer and market insight into actions on diverse problematics like sales force, category management, product launch or ROI optimization. Interested for opportunities in marketing strategy and project leader, I joined a digital start-up named Mobeye and I am already thrilled by it. A new story began. Starting with 2 people in my team, I quickly managed a team of 6 people, working for the TOP10 FMCG companies top management. After 4 years commitment and as things are well structured, I jumped on new challenges to iterate in another structure. Since September 2020, I've been working in this great company : Garance & Moi. A lot of new challenges in this fast-growing company!
