About Constant Djacga

I have spent my career building trust with my clients, being responsive to their issues, and bringing actionable insights to management teams and their boards. I have extensive experience advising and providing assurance services to market-leading technology and manufacturing clients in a variety of SEC filings and complex transaction matters (major separations/spin-offs, acquisitions, restructuring, debt/equity offerings). In 2012, I also led the integration of the EY audit practice in Africa (Cameroon and Chad), which contributed to the growth of EY in Central Africa. I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion and I’ve played a key role in helping to advance EY’s minority recruitment efforts throughout my career. I strive to promote the firm’s values within the business community and live our purpose of building a better working world. I’m proud to serve on the West EY Black Professional Network Steering Committee and on the board of the National Association of Black Accountants - San Francisco Chapter.
