About Constantijn Vial

As a long term result oriented person it is my passion to improve end-to-end processes in complex, industrial, international environments. I believe genuine care for people will ultimately drive business performance. Understanding (personal) drivers and KPIs of departments to align proper hangovers between functions is key in improving the succes of any company. I am a highly experienced professional in project control, product cost management and supply chain set-up. My experience includes setting up systems to monitor and improve the cost price levels of (electro-) mechanical products at various large international production companies. I find it a nice challenge to create financial transparency in complex (multi currency) projects, supply chain or production cost. For project (financial) control my background is perfectly suited with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, which contributes to understanding complex products and complex production methods and an executive MBA to add value to the commercial and financial side of doing business. Furthermore I'm a creative thinker who likes to challenge fixed ways of thinking/working. I always strive for transparency, reliability and integrity in order to support decision-making. Having lived and worked in Singapore, the U.K. and Russia for years and being married to a native English speaking wife, I've adopted English as my home language and am thus fluent in English.
