In my corporate career, I have led large operational teams and managed complex international projects: As Team Leader / Center Manager at the Austrian Post (Allhaming Center), I coordinated over 500 employees, developed operational processes, and optimized logistics workflows. As Project Manager at European Immigration Services Romania, I implemented recruitment and relocation projects for Asian workforce integration, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cultural alignment.
