About Constantin Ghigeanu

After 15 years in automotive R&D, I have gained experience in the most diverse roles, on technical side, as well on project management activities. I’ve always worked in a multicultural, international and diverse environment, with people from a large variety of domains, for transversal activities (cross-products) or specific projects. Communication is my favourite skill, and the one that I use on a daily basis on all levels; from usual discussions with individuals or teams, use of tools for real time updates and synchronisations, process that flow, coaching and training, to large presentations or key messages sharing. When working in transverse for a large number of projects, with different types of clients and expectations, I’ve learned to be organized and to organize others; understanding the client’s needs, defining priorities, manage the risks, constantly adapting to context and changes. Change management is my second nature; either that is a change needed for development or a change in the context, or a change in the scope, there are always to come; so why not to be the ones that are demanding for evolution or that prepare for the unexpected. In the last 10 years as a Project Manager or a Team Manager on various areas of the Embedded SW development, I discovered the passion for leading teams and people, to help them develop professionally, as well as to achieve the expected high results.
