Mr. Baris provides family office and business management services to a varied client base including businesses, high-net-worth individuals and their families. His broad background includes providing a full spectrum of financial, accounting, tax and ancillary services. Baris Financial Management, Ltd. was established to provide clients with a single, independent point of contact to assist them with organizing and maintaining control of their financial affairs. Mr. Baris leads a team that provides assistance with services including cash management, financial reporting and planning, day-today bookkeeping services, estate/wealth preservation, tax planning and tax return preparation, payroll tax returns for business and household employees, insurance overview and analysis, investment tracking and reporting, construction project oversight, vendor negotiations, arranging and facilitating bank financing and fostering banking relationships. Prior to forming Baris Financial Management, Ltd, Mr. Baris' experience includes serving as a managing director of Julien & Associates, Inc. for 13 years. In addition, Mr. Baris was recently the Chief Financial Officer of a Registered Investment Advisory firm that had in excess of $200 million of assets under management. Mr. Baris is also a partner, the CFO and the Financial Operating Principal of a FINRA broker dealer.
