About Constanza Boix

Chemical Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in multinational companies, primarily in corporate commercial roles, with a strong track record in managing projects at national and international levels, having worked in Argentina, Mexico, and Romania. Expert in contract negotiation with direct impact on financial results. I have led multidisciplinary teams, gaining diverse learnings that enable me to add value creatively and with a systemic approach to people, processes, clients, and suppliers. Highly results-oriented, with a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to seize opportunities. Currently, I serve as Innovation Manager at Invenzis, leading the design and implementation of a tech-based and AI-powered innovation system that fosters creativity, intrapreneurship, continuous improvement, and the creation of innovative solutions for clients. I am also part of UCU’s Ithaka Center team, where I collaborate on academic and incubation initiatives—especially with the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FIT)—to foster entrepreneurial spirit across the university community. Since 2017, I have been cofounder and executive director of Nuda, a social impact venture supported by ANDE, ANII, and BID Lab, promoting education and financial well-being for older adults through life estate sales and initiatives like the podcast Nuda - Silver Finances. At Nuda, I have developed Macanudas projects, centered on fun and social and cultural impact for older women, strengthening the Silver Economy. Cofounder of Nudavitta, driving investment models and financial well-being in Spain. Passionate about longevity and silver finances, technology, artificial intelligence, behavioral sciences, financial education, and investments. I have been a panelist at several Silver Economy events across Latin America.
