I’m a Packaging Engineer with a twist - I lead not one but two dynamic teams, blending technical excellence with people power. While I geek out on packaging innovation, what truly fuels me is building connections that foster teamwork and drives results. Let’s make things happen and have some fun along the way. During my international life journey(living and working in Germany, England and Canada) I gained these Super powers: With a strong background in packaging technology, I have in-depth knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, including materials such as glass, molded goods (injected/extruded), cardboard, corrugate, labels, and various printing techniques. My technical understanding of production processes, coupled with a strategic approach, enables me to drive innovation and efficiency. Beyond the technical side, I’m passionate about building strong relationships. Whether it's fostering collaboration between clients and vendors to generate better business outcomes or leading teams with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, I believe in the power of effective communication and teamwork. I excel at prioritizing workloads, meeting tight deadlines, and balancing independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
