About Consuelo Jackson

Specialties: Copywriting/editing, public relations, multicultural marketing, branding, graphic design, publications management, and strategic social media planning. ​ Consuelo established imPRint Creative Communications to provide personalized, cost-effective, and quality public relations and multicultural marketing services to clients whose work is making a difference in our communities. Before launching imPRint Creative Communications, Consuelo had worked in nearly every realm of mass communications, having held the positions of newspaper reporter, communications officer, public affairs and marketing manager, director of development communications, grant writer, media specialist, and graphic designer. During her career, Consuelo has worked primarily in fundraising and communications in New York, New Jersey, and Louisiana on national and local marketing initiatives, including as a key team member of the largest multicultural campaign to date - the 2010 Census Integrated Communications Campaign. She holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Xavier University of Louisiana and has completed graduate work at the University of New Orleans. Consuelo also has studied at the Instituto de Filologia Hispanica in Saltillo, Mexico, Duke University, Loyola University New Orleans, and the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is currently proud to be working in her hometown as a Public Information Officer for the City of East Orange.
