About Cooper Brian

I am a careapist, coach, entrepreneur, Investor & Philanthropist. I hail from Sydney Australia and now live in Santa Monica. I have founded, built and sold several companies within the software and Internet areas. I am fascinated by human dynamics having studied many methods including masters level psychology, hypnosis, NLP and Time Line Therapy. I thrive on creating trust and flow within and allowing all possibilities to be seen. An interesting shift in my career was from 2008 to 2014 when I was CEO of A Glimmer of Hope Foundation. Giving back was the most rewarding thing I had done. Glimmer is an entrepreneurial social NGO which works in both Ethiopia and Austin Texas. Through its primary work, it has provided millions in villages throughout rural Ethiopia, access to clean water, education, healthcare and provided micro-finance loans to women and farmers having implemented over projects and provided ten of thousands of loans. In 2010, A Glimmer's work was ranked #7 globally on Barron's list of The Best 25 Global Givers, based on its effectiveness and impact. Before Glimmer, I was CEO and Chairman of Affiniscape, a SAAS provider in the web content management and online job board market (Affiniscape was acquired by a private equity firm) in 2012. Previously, I founded Lombardi Software. Lombardi was a web-based Business Process Management software company which was acquired by IBM in 2010.
