About Cooper Gallimore

I am currently Senior Counsel for Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. Previously I worked with the State of Tennessee Department of Human Resources as their EEO Investigator and in the Central Procurement Office of the General Services Department of the State of Tennessee as a Risk Manager and Interim Staff Attorney, primarily setting liability limits for state contracts and aiding in the structure and negotiation of state technology procurement contracts. I have become especially well-versed with contracts involving click-wrap components, regulations affecting electronic verification and e-signatures, and emerging "smart contract" methodologies. For five years previously I owned and operated a Title Research and Land Services Company, Gallimore Land Services LLC, working primarily through my relationship with the Oklahoma based brokerage firm Turner Oil & Gas, performing title and property research in the Ohio Valley Region, primarily serving clients in the oil and gas industry. This experience provided excellent opportunities to expand my skills in mineral leasing, real estate transactions and title, Financing Agreements, and underwriting.
