I have a very deep passion for helping people better their lives. Currently, I am doing that with individuals whom have intellectual/developmental disabilities. I would say that helping people is my calling, whether that is in a social service, nonprofit, or correctional environment. I developed this passion by watching my father, Stoney Hays, do amazing things over the years for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. My father is truly my hero. I obtained my Master's Degree in Public Administration in May of 2017. I have exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills. I always try to perform to the best of my abilities in anything I do in my life. I am goal-oriented, and I definitely set a high standard for myself.
