Through practice and experience we have learned our clients have complex needs and we act as the quarterback, helping to improve their overall financial situation. Most company goals have changed over the years, however their 401(K) still lives in the past, not providing the value possible to the owners or employees it serves. Our reviews consist of benchmarking fees and investments, discussing organizational goals, determining educational opportunities and overall plan design. These reviews are designed to demonstrate to owners what a comprehensive 401(K) plan looks like. For the companies we serve, we are confident in our on-going service model designed to prepare employees retirement readiness and success while adapting to the everchanging company needs. We believe that by serving our clients well and by doing what is in their best interest, we are able to make an impact and help more people on their financial journey. My wife, Katie, and I were married in 2015 and joyfully added our son, Oliver, in 2021. Our faith is an important aspect of our lives and family is of upmost importance to us. We love spending time in the outdoors, hiking, fishing and biking.
