I'm currently Team Lead for Global Retail (Commercial & Operations) at waterdrop®, where I combine data-driven decision making with hands-on leadership to deliver results across global markets. My work spans retail strategy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration — and I thrive on turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. I hold a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialization in Political Economy, as well as an advanced certificate in International Political Economy. This background has given me a strong foundation in systems thinking, global markets, and the interplay between policy and commerce — all of which I bring into my work in retail and operations. With a passion for analysis and team-focused leadership, I’ve built dashboards that drive KPIs, led initiatives that optimize performance, and partnered with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to align strategy with execution. My goal? To keep growing, lead with impact, and eventually reach financial independence by 40. Until then, I'm focused on building great teams, delivering measurable value, and learning as much as I can along the way.
