About Cooper Hoag

I’ve spent the last 5+ years working with SMB and mid-market clients in the SaaS space, guiding them from that first “let’s talk” conversation all the way through implementation prep, adoption, and long-term growth. A big part of what I do is making technical things — like integrations or API workflows — easy to understand and even easier to act on. I focus on setting customers up for a smooth handoff into onboarding, making sure the right people are in place, and flagging potential roadblocks before they turn into real issues. I’m the kind of person who takes ownership right away, solves problems fast, and works directly with product and engineering to get things done. I like to keep things practical: help customers succeed, help the team succeed, and make sure the work actually moves the needle. Core strengths: Technical product demos, SaaS integrations, API concepts, pre-onboarding prep, client training, retention strategy, account management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and churn reduction.
