As a fifth-generation agriculturalist and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics student at Texas Tech University, I am passionate about preserving and advancing the agricultural industry. My deep-rooted connection to agriculture, shaped by years of showing Simbrah cattle and serving as a Texas 4-H State Officer, has fueled my dedication to understanding this vital field's economic, scientific, and cultural components. With my degree, which is complemented by minors in Animal Science and Chemistry, I aim to tackle critical challenges in agriculture through law, public policy, and hands-on production. My plans include attending law school to specialize in land and water rights, representing agricultural producers, and contributing to the sustainability and future of family-oriented production agriculture.
