I am employed with Specsavers as a Technology Product Specialist, working in a Northern Europe (Agile) team and looking forward to expand my knowledge through experience, enabling others and also deliver great value on a regional and global level. Experienced in (but not limited to): Service Management tooling (ServiceNow), Knowledge Base management, rolling out large, complex programs such as an entirely new Retail platform for the entire country, Windows Redhat client 4/5.6/6.5 and Redhat server RHEL4/RHEL6, basic networking configuration, backup scripting, escalation process, performance based on SLA's, operational support for projects, communication in clear language with stakeholders, collaboration with (Global & Regional) IT departments, onsite & remote support, Office365 online Admin support, AD admin/management (user profiles), Windows Server 2019 and Hyper-V, hardware support, project coordinating, team leading, Agile and Scrum, Stakeholder Management, IT and Business Strategy alignment.
