As a master's-prepared Clinical Nurse Educator, I am committed to advancing nursing excellence by designing and delivering impactful education programs which empower clinicians and enhance patient outcomes. My mission is simple: provide better education to build stronger clinicians and achieve better outcomes for the people and communities we serve. Currently supporting Pikes Peak Regional Hospital and Grandview Hospital, I bring over a decade of diverse nursing experience, including clinical education, hospital & staffing agency leadership, and RN roles in 20 emergency departments ranging from Level-1 trauma centers to freestanding EDs.My approach is grounded in transformational leadership, adaptability, and a passion for lifelong learning. The teams I serve know me to be friendly, supportive, and always willing to help them thrive. I specialize in developing evidence-based training, mentoring new and experienced team members, and fostering professional growth through innovative educational strategies. I was honored with the 2024 Colorado Emergency Nurses Association (COENA) Nursing Education Award, hold my Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and am pursuing Board Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC). I hold certifications in TNCC, ENPC, NRP, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and STABLE along with previous FEMA/CDC training in mass casualty and HAZMAT operations (HERT-HOT).
