I’ve crafted a life understanding its intricacies – especially with people and emotional awareness - that’s been completely on purpose, every winged step of the way. And I’d love to help you do the same, nailing this thing called people-stuff that comes up every day. Understanding the daily human psyche and breaking it down into no-rocket-science has been my journey. It’s literally changed the trajectory of my life and who I am today. There’s no greater success than learning how to rise above and deliberately stay there longer, regardless of what’s going down. On a personal tack, I have two amazing kids-cum-extraordinary adults, Nicholas and Natasha, who are clearly paving their own unique paths. I am honoured to have played a hand in those foundations so they truly fly! My background is varied from vibrant natural health and wellbeing to a definite grandparent with coaching - the type that challenges personal leadership well beyond the traditional capitalistic environment. And yes, when we put people and purpose first, extraordinary teams emerge flourishing in ways we dream of. Now it’s a true collective, collaborative reality. Wherever I am, whatever I do, I show up fully, outrageously authentic with the clear intention of dissolving disempowerment and raising mighty joy. It’s about sharing all I can to help us feel less crazy, more full of possibilities, and fully empowered to follow those opportunities through ~ especially as we are clearly part of the solution.
