Having graduated as a commercial engineer from HEC Management School and as an economics teacher from Solvay, augmented by international exposure through an Erasmus program at the Freie Universität Berlin, I offer a multifaceted skill set. As the former vice-president of Entrep'Runners, I championed entrepreneurship in Wallonia. Post-graduation, I delved into the retail sector with Delhaize Belgium, swiftly ascending to the role of Store Manager. Overseeing two supermarkets, I managed teams of up to 60 people and spearheaded a comprehensive store remodeling project, refining my leadership and operational acumen. Transitioning to Delhaize's headquarters as Efficiency Manager, I led a team focusing on budgeting, workload management, and process optimization. Recognized for my contributions, my responsibilities expanded to Performance Management, encompassing strategic projects and shrink management. Elevated to Director Store & Logistics Performance, I assumed oversight of end-to-end operations performance, ensuring Delhaize's continued success until early 2021. Seeking new challenges, I joined the Amplifon Belgium Leadership Team in Q1 2021 as Head of Retail Excellence. Here, I established and led a dynamic department, driving sales performance, training, and process optimization initiatives, resulting in sustained double-digit growth in Belgium since Q4 2022. Consequently, I have been promoted to the position of Retail Excellence Director for the French market since June 2024, which is my current role. My commitment to personal development is evident in my proficiency in Dutch, bolstered from A1 to B2 level through private lessons. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, I thrive in multilingual environments and bring a global perspective to every endeavor
