Project Control and PMO specialist with Master’s degrees in Engineering and Finance school (École des Mines de Paris, Paris Dauphine), and 5+ years of experience across Europe and Japan. I specialize in project control for large-scale offshore wind and energy infrastructure projects, involving complex multi-contracting strategies, bringing a strong analytical and strategic mindset to support decision-making. Currently based in Tokyo with Mitsubishi Corporation, I lead project control activities for multi-billion-euro offshore wind farms development (>1,7 GW). Working directly with Project Directors, Contracting Managers and Engineering Managers as part of the leadership team, I manage a multidisciplinary team comprising a risk specialist, scheduler, and cost controller. My role involves deploying and managing the full project control framework to structure and analyze project data, optimize business cases, mitigate risks, support strategic decision-making including contract selection and negotiation.
