One of my proudest achievements has been building and sustaining a best-in-class Total Cost of Ownership program that delivered multi-million-dollar annual savings and helped create a strategic, enterprise-wide view of affordability. My leadership style is grounded in trust, clarity, and calm. I engage stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, IT, finance, and supply chain. I've led teams through organizational transitions with consistency, heart, and a focus on professional growth. I take pride in developing others, and in consistently earning management and engagement scores well beyond the company average. In 2025, I completed a 35-hour PMP® prep course to formally align my practical project management experience with PMI standards. While I ultimately chose not to pursue the certification exam, the structured review deepened my perspective on Agile, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery, all of which inform how I lead cross-functional teams today. I bring deep experience in supply chain, strategic operations, and data-driven transformation and I'm always looking to partner on initiatives that drive impact, elevate others, and solve hard problems together.
