About Corey Bauman

With 20 years of experience in the pharmacy automation and inventory sectors, I have been fortunate to hold a variety of individual contributor and upper management roles. This diverse background has allowed me to build and lead numerous teams, spanning technical support, global operations, customer success, product management, software development, and medical device engineering. My career has encompassed virtually every aspect of technical support, from managing 24/7 global Technical Support Centers in multiple languages to developing advanced IV solutions, including cutting-edge IV Workflow software and the FDA-regulated IVX Station robotic device. I've established and managed teams from Customer Success Managers to Implementation specialists, created training programs, set up customer-facing and employee labs, and implemented a range of technology solutions such as CRM systems and knowledge bases. One of my greatest passions is the technical translation process—taking highly advanced solutions and distilling them into manageable, relatable work for both colleagues and customers. Currently, I am dedicated to building a new Generative AI and Automation Solutions team at Omnicell. Our mission is to leverage internally developed and industry-standard tools to empower our Technical Support & Services employees to operate at peak efficiency. I am committed to deploying AI solutions that enhance job performance, reduce customer downtime, and ensure a better, more reliable product experience.
