I am also the CEO of Bayer Holdings, a successful retail store. In 2008, I joined the United States Marine Corps and served honorably until 2013. During my time in the service, I had the privilege of experiencing an overseas combat deployment to Afghanistan. My military experience has been pivotal in shaping my leadership skills and work ethic. The discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking I developed during my service have been invaluable in my professional life. After my military service, I transitioned into the business world, bringing with me a strong sense of duty, precision, and a commitment to excellence. As an entrepreneur, I founded Titan Outsourcing with the core value of "We actually care." This principle guides our approach to staffing, ensuring that we provide not only highly skilled professionals but also individuals who are dedicated to contributing positively to our clients' success. In my role at Titan Outsourcing, I focus on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs. My entrepreneurial journey continued with Bayer Holdings, where I have led our retail store to significant growth, increasing annual revenue from $250K to $700K. This success is a testament to my ability to apply strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership across different industries.
