During my time at Shaw Industries, I honed my skills as a Commercial Frontline Manager and Digital Training Coordinator. My experience includes: Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Leveraging Salesforce case data to identify coaching opportunities and enhance training methodologies. I developed comprehensive coaching plans that significantly reduced claims and improved overall department performance. Training & Development Leadership: Leading a team of up to 50 remote associates, I fostered a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
