At Gamesight, I’m at the intersection of gaming and tech, helping optimize our revenue operations, align teams, and bring order to the chaos—all with the goal of driving growth and making life easier for everyone on the sales and marketing side. My work touches everything from CRM management and reporting to lead generation and sales pipeline strategy. I’ve helped clean up processes, build new tools, and improve cross-team collaboration so that our marketing, sales, and product teams stay on the same page and work smarter, not harder. I’ve also had the amazing opportunity to help develop the Gamesight Partnership Program, refining our policies and documentation, working with external agencies, and shaping the way we engage with key partners in the industry. Before joining Gamesight, I spent several years at HDT Management Company, where I led a team of 30+ and learned how to juggle about a hundred things at once. Whether it was optimizing packaging and shipping operations, launching a digital marketplace, or creating detailed SOPs to make life easier for the team, my focus was always on efficiency and getting things done. Those experiences built the foundation for the work I do now—helping organizations grow by solving problems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging data to make smarter decisions.
