I am a passionate and goal-oriented IT professional with a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University. Since beginning my career at Accenture in August 2021 as an IT Helpdesk Specialist, I’ve continuously sought opportunities to grow and evolve within the technology and cybersecurity landscape. Early in my career, I gained hands-on experience with SAP CRM, which allowed me to develop a strong technical foundation and sharpen my problem-solving abilities. With a growing interest in cybersecurity, I worked to achieve both the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity and CompTIA Security+ certifications, solidifying my knowledge and commitment to the field. My career took an exciting turn when I became an Application Developer for Saviynt, where I helped design and implement innovative solutions for identity governance and cybersecurity. Currently, I am part of the Managed Security Services team for Saviynt Security Operations, where I apply my expertise to safeguard client systems, optimize security operations, and enhance overall business processes. I am driven by my passion for learning, solving complex challenges, and delivering impactful results that align with organizational goals. My journey reflects my dedication to continuous professional growth, and I look forward to leveraging my skills to make a meaningful impact in the cybersecurity and IT sectors.
