Currently working with Regeneron as a Biotech Dispensing Technician II this role includes the following responsibilities, Ensure that raw materials are dispensed as specified in batch sheets or manufacturing records to support manufacturing operations. Work with manufacturing process areas and manufacturing inventory group to schedule lots of raw materials to be dispensed. Review, edit, complete and revise completed batch sheet records also logbooks and SOP’s in accordance with cGMP standards compliant with written procedures. Comply with SDS sheet safety requirements. Ensure all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards. Document all training. Assist with training of new employees. Follow good current manufacturing practices (cGMPs). Document and investigate quality events within process compliance. Perform in-process sampling quality control chemistry and microbiology. Participate in ongoing improvement projects for manufacturing. Gather, trend and analyse data generated to provide dispensing metrics updates and improve dispensing operations. Previously involved in the Environmental Sector gaining access to multiple departments for overall knowledge and personal skills in the business. Lab and field experience with leadership qualities.
