About Corey Coffman

As Global Sourcing and Procurement Manager at AMETEK Solidstate Controls, I lead enterprise-level sourcing strategy, commodity risk management, and contract governance supporting the production of mission-critical industrial power systems. My mandate is clear: protect supply continuity, stabilize cost structures, and strengthen supplier performance in highly regulated, reliability-driven environments.I drive value by aligning procurement strategy with operational and financial objectives — mitigating commodity volatility, negotiating complex MSAs and LTAs, optimizing global contract manufacturing networks, and building resilient supplier ecosystems. My focus extends beyond cost reduction to long-term risk management, working capital optimization, and operational scalability.Across manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, energy, and engineered products sectors, I have led sourcing transformations, delivered multimillion-dollar savings, improved vendor performance, and strengthened supply chain resilience during periods of disruption and growth.I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating market intelligence, financial discipline, and cross-functional leadership into measurable enterprise impact.
