Mr. Cooper is an accomplished public health technology innovator who has been instrumental in leading multiple national informatics strategic initiatives with public health agencies and laboratories. Over the past twelve years, he has honed his skills in commercial, federal, and public healthcare consulting, with a particular focus on program development, operations management, human capital planning, and technical project management. Notably, Mr. Cooper has led numerous national strategic initiatives with public health agencies and laboratories, with a particular focus on data modernization. His expertise has been instrumental in the development of strategic operations and data flow design to support onboarding and technical assistance for public health jurisdictions, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) National Syndromic Surveillance Program (NSSP). In addition, Mr. Cooper has successfully architected and implemented multijurisdictional onboarding strategies across CDC’s Office of Public Health Data Surveillance, and Technology (OPHDST), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), and Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP), highlighting his deep understanding of modern data management and analysis techniques. He has presented his findings at conferences across the country and contributed to various publications. Currently, Mr. Cooper serves as Director of Customer Success - Federal with InductiveHealth Informatics, where he acts as a trusted advisor to HHS and CDC leadership. In this role, he is responsible for leading all Federal delivery, government relations, and data modernization initiatives.
