As a real estate broker I work with buyers during the purchase process. I work hard to help buyers find the right home for them. Helping them to navigate the murky waters of the buying process. Thus making a difficult process amazingly simple. With sellers I help them navigate the nerve wrecking process of selling by listing and marketing their home. Help negotiate their desired selling price and making sure they are ready for the next stage of their lives after selling. As a Broker I value a collaborative approach to real estate and we all serve as teachers and students. By sharing our ideas and experiences with one another, we strengthen the team as a whole. I’m proud to work at a company like d’aprile properties that has a business model formed around a set of Core Values we really do live by. It’s not just about succeeding. I try to make sure I’m surrounded by colleagues who will "Do What’s Right" and achieve their success ethically. Along with my peers, I believe that true success comes from a commitment to never, ever stop learning. At EXIT I’m part of a coaching program that’s built around the idea that everyone, from first year agent to top producer, should always strive to always better ourselves, and it works! It’s exciting to reach your wildest goals and then discover you’re capable of even more! I am a husband and father who happens to coach youth basketball in my spare time. I like to sneak away for an hour and a half three to four times a week to work out. I have a small travel bug and I love to go to warm places. Two to three times a year my wife feeds this bug and will plan an amazing trip for us.
