New to the IT industry and my first year of experience under my belt, I've worked as a Service Desk Analyst and now as an Engineer for an innovative MSP that specializes in cloud and edge computing technology. I hold CompTIA ITF+ and A+ certifications and am currently attempting to expand my knowledge and widen my skills by pursuing CCNA, VCTA, and Linux+. My passion for problem-solving and curiosity for the latest advancements keep me on my toes, thus I'm always eager to learn and grow alongside emerging technologies. With humility, a willingness to learn and amazing people by my side, I'm committed to tackling any challenge that comes my way. I'm driven by a desire to drive innovation and push the boundaries of what is possible, be that troubleshooting complex network or server issues, exploring the world of legacy systems or designing and building the technologies of the future.
